Customers always have a choice. If you are helping a customer with a project or selling them a product, it means they chose you. Be grateful. Never take them for granted. Sometimes they can be unreasonable in your eyes, but that never means you should stop treating them with dignity and respect. They have already done you a favor by choosing your business. Say thank you often. Remind them that you appreciate the business.
