I’ve noticed that ongoing issues, problems or inefficiencies in my business are usually due to the lack of a good system, or due to a system needing improving. Creating a good system can make things flow better causing less fires to be put out. I think it’s important to know that no system can solve every problem related to it. However, at the same time a system can always be better. When something slips through the cracks, aim to improve that system. A mindset of constant improvements can produce amazing results.
